My name is Jonathan Goldhill, owner of The Growth Coach® in Los Angeles and Jonathan Goldhill & Associates. As our Head Coach, I am an experienced entrepreneur, consultant, trainer and business coach, and former Chief Operating Officer and General Manager to small business.  I have taken several companies and grown them from nothing to multi-million per year businesses.

Over my 25 year career, I have:

    * advised over 1000 owners      
     * trained over 600 adults      
     * financed over 100 companies 
     * cofounded a lending fund and 
     * invested in many privately-held and public companies.

Since teaming up with The Growth Coach in 2003, I have delivered over 1500 hours of coaching and personally coached over 150 business owners, executives, professionals, entrepreneurs and solo-preneurs.

My unique combination of experience and along with our proven business process in executive coaching, CEO peer groups and strategic retreats have helped many clients advance toward their business and life goals.

My educational background include: Strategy at The Peter F. Drucker School of Management, and MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, and a BA in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

My name is Barry Rogers.  I'm Director of Sales & Marketing and an Assistant Head Coach. 

I started my career at the age of 14 in radio broadcasting. I worked in radio for the next 10 years. Much of that time I spent coaching newer radio personalities on how to create their own unique persona on the air. This made me realize my passion for coaching others and gave me the chance to start developing my own style of doing so.

I went on to graduate from Texas A&M. After college, I then started producing segments on a Dallas-based daytime television talk show that showcased therapists, motivational speakers, and self-help authors from all over the country. 

I went a step closer to my passion and made the transition into public relations and media coaching. Here I would obtain hundreds of media interviews and public speaking engagements for my clients. After this, it was important that I coach my clients on how to speak in radio, television, and print interviews. Many hours also went into training over 50 of my clients on how to speak effectively to large audiences for public speaking engagements. There came a point where I wanted to move forward and fulltime into the coaching industry. I moved to California and went searching for the best options. I’ve spent the past fours years working fulltime in the coaching arena out here in search of a solid organization to call home. I believe I have now found that home with a quality coaching company in Jonathan Goldhill and The Growth Coach.

 

My name is Robin Sagara and I’m the behind-the-scenes support person forJonathan and his companies. My passion is finding creative administrative, marketing and web site solutions that contribute to smooth daily operations and foundations for growth. I love the creative challenge of finding ways to reclaim the time and space we all need so that we can focus on what’s really important.

 I’m a native Californian and love Los Angeles. My background is diverse and after graduating from CSUN with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Art, I fed my curious and creative entrepreneurial spirit by learning to support executives, entrepreneurs and fine artists with a wide range of services designed to free them from the daily tasks that tend to weight them down and hold them back.  I understand small businesses and small business owners.  

As a former Event Coordinator and PR/Marketing manager for restaurants in Los Angeles, today I support executives in the fields of executive coaching, architecture, engineering, biotechnology, e-commerce and web design.  I am honored to support Jonathan Goldhill and his team and to help them do what they do so well -- help their clients to grow and prosper.
