The Growth Coach® offers workshops on how to drive their business growth and balance their lives. Through the process of applying for a workshop, and during the workshops themselves, The Growth Coach® collects personal information from participants. The application form asks that you provide us with certain information about you, as well as information about what you are looking to attain from participation in The Growth Coach® program. We use any information collected during the application process to ensure that you get the most benefit out of your participation in the workshop. During the workshops, our coaches may ask you to complete a workbook that poses questions about your professional and personal life. For example, it may ask your professional achievements, the time you commit to your professional and personal life, your stated goals for a particular year. Coaches use the workbook method to facilitate your progress through the workshop and to assist you in achieving your goals. The workbooks remain with you for your personal files. Copies of workbooks are not retained by The Growth Coach®. To complete purchases on line, to pay a deposit, or a program fee, The Growth Coach® uses the Pay Pal online payment system. We maintain any information relating to your payments in a secure database. We do not store your credit card numbers or expiry dates in our database. The Growth Coach® does NOT rent, sell, or otherwise disclose personal information about clients to third parties. When you participate in The Growth Coach® programs, your professional and/or personal contact information may be given to other participants of your workshop through the distribution of a list of attendees. We retain your personal information collected during the application process as long as you are a client of The Growth Coach® and for a period of 2 years thereafter. We retain this information so that we may inform you about subsequent workshops that may be offered and to determine if a new client has been referred by a past client. Your personal information may be corrected, updated, or deleted from our files at any time upon your request. If you wish to correct, update, or delete any information on file, please contact The Growth Coach® at (818) 716-8826 or by e-mail. Staff member of The Growth Coach® are bound by a Confidentiality Agreement that does not permit them to use or disclose any personal information about individuals who have contacted The Growth Coach®. |
