Meet Jonathan Goldhill

Jonathan Goldhill is The Growth Coach in Los Angeles. As the head coach in his company, he is a savvy entrepreneur,  consultant, salesman, marketer, trainer, business coach, and former COO/General Manager for several companies. He has started and grown several business from nothing to multi-million per year businesses. More importantly, he's been around entrepreneurial businesses his entire adult life.

 Over his 25 year career, he has:
* coached over 1000 owners
* trained over 900 entrepreneurs
* financed over 100 companies
* invested in more than 125 businesses

 Since becoming a franchisee with The Growth Coach in 2003, he has delivered over 4000 hours of coaching and personally coached over 200 business owners, managers and sales professionals.  

His unique combination of entrepreneurial knowledge, expertise and experience along with proven business coaching processes have brought excellence in the areas of sales and executive coaching, CEO peer group facilitation and leadership, and strategic retreat facilitation and leadership. Jonathan's educational background include: post graduates studies in strategy at The Peter F. Drucker School of Management, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from University of Southern California, and a BA in Sociology from University of California at Santa Barbara.

Personally, Larry attained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts.  Ran three marathons with a best time of 2 hours and 47 minutes and graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science.  Larry has been married for over 30 years to Maryann.  Together they have one child, Daniel who is 14 and attends Granada Hills High School.  Larry moved to the San Fernando Valley in 1978 from Oregon and has resided in Chatsworth since 1986.  He loves the outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking and fishing.  

 

Inga EstesInga Estes is a master coach known for her collaborative critical thinking and strategic leadership coaching that produces results. Her experience includes over 12,000 coaching hours, team facilitation, sales coaching and design of transformational leadership programs for f100 companies.
