How we work

Before we take you on as a client, it is essential we spend time in person or by phone to get a sense of each other and identify your key concerns or specific needs.  We then determine a course of action that is most appropriate for you and/or your company, which includes where or how often we'll work, when, and for how long.  We also discuss payment options at that time.  We then send out an agreement via e-mail for your approval and signature to begin our work. 

Our work typically begins either with an assessment or intake followed by either attendance at a CEO group meeting, coaching workshop, or an initial meeting.  Based on the plan of action outlined, we may suggest homework to produce insights into yourself or your business. 

Fees are paid in advance of services provided, however, we accept all forms of payment including major credit cards.

Group Coaching Workshop-Style Retreats

groupWe offer strategic retreats for business owners wanting a comprehensive and affordable process for making change in their personal life and business. A group forms and then meets quarterly (every 90 days) for a full-day.  Our year-round coaching and accountability program is designed to enhance your mindset, focus and results.

In these Strategic Retreats, we guide groups of unrelated individuals through a unique, powerful process that allows them to go to work "on" themselves, "on" their business, and "on" their specific issues, opportunities, and goals. Our retreats are designed to help YOU: group training

CEO Roundtables and Professional Roundtables

These groups, like alternative advisory boards or mastermind groups, are designed to form a strong support network for owners/managers as who find benefit from:

One-on-One Coaching

We provide one-on-one, face-to-face and telephone coaching for clients wanting additional support, follow-up and attention. Again, we have a service to meet most any need and budget.  Most one-on-one clients like the privacy and frequency of these individual and customized sessions. They may feel overwhelmed, alone, fearful, out of control, etc. and feel uncomfortable or vulnerable talking with spouses, peers, co-workers, etc. However, they need to vent. They need someone to help "burn off the fog" or "weed the garden"; to help them see the reality of a situation, the options, and potential solutions. They need someone to be a sounding board, confidant, mentor, and objective set of ears.  That's where we come in!

One-on-one coaching is conducted either in-person and/or via telephone.  However, all one-on-one coaching starts with a face-to-face relationship-building process. One-on-one coaching can take place once a month, twice a month, and in rare instances, even weekly. Our coaches offer hourly rates or fixed monthly retainers. Each session typically lasts 1-2 hours and is flexibly focused.
