Roundtables for Professionals

Peer Advisory Roundtables for Firm Professionals & Owners of Smaller Businesses

We offer roundtables for professional service providers and smaller business owners typically fewer than 10 employees or under $1M in revenues. [If you are looking for a next level group with larger businesses visit this page.]

Our Roundtables are peer advisory groups for serious, seasoned and accomplished people and are designed to support the professional and small business owner in both their personal and professional development. These groups improve the effectiveness of our clients in their business and in personal lives by zeroing in on areas where the group members need help.

Roundtables for Professionals

Peer Advisory Board Benefits

Our Roundtables act like a virtual advisory board - providing an intimate, confidential environment for discussion of critical business issues, experience sharing and problem solving. Professionals and small business owners who share a passion for building their businesses also share an entrepreneurial mindset, a desire to overcome challenges and a willingness to share their experiences.

Groups are self-facilitated and consist of 8 to 12 members without competing interests from diverse professions so members have the unique opportunity to hear ideas and suggestions from a different perspective.

Members join our groups because they find benefit from:

Direct and honest feedback from an informal and voluntary, but committed group of advisors

Learning best practices from peers

Improved decision-making

Increased accountability

Others with similar backgrounds to bounce ideas off

A strong support network that send business to each other

Vast knowledge of business expertise

As a small business owner, senior level professional, sole practitioner or partner within a firm, could you benefit from a group of peers to help you to stay focused? Could you be more effective in selling, marketing, time management, prioritization, etc.? Could you benefit from a group that you can bounce ideas off that help you think through and plan your business strategies?

Where can you turn when you are facing challenges in your professional, business and personal life?

If your friends or family are tired of hearing about your challenges, maybe it's time to get support from an informal but committed group of peers.

The peer advisory board experience has proven to be one of the best forums for success. It offers people a unique opportunity to explore issues and learn in a non-competitive and confidential environment, with a group of owners and professionals who support each other in improving their lives, businesses and professional effectiveness.
