Our programs include a combination of in-person support and attention with telephone coaching.  We offer a personalized, customized service that is developed based on our complimentary and initial paid coaching sessions.  These programs range from a maintenance level program for those who have already complete 2 to 3 years of regular coaching to those determined to achieve significant growth and change in the next 24 to 36 months.  The majority of one-on-one clients like the privacy and frequency of these individual and customized sessions to make their desired changes.

Typically, we get contacted because you may feel overwhelmed, alone, fearful, out of control, etc. and do not feel comfortable being vulnerable with spouses, peers, co-workers, etc.  You need to vent; you need someone to help "burn off the fog" and help you see the reality of a situation, your options, and potential solutions. You may need someone to be a sounding board, confidant, mentor, and objective set of ears.

One-on-one coaching takes place weekly for most clients and twice monthly for those on maintenance programs. Our rates are based on whether you choose a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Coaching program.
