LOAN PACKAGING & PLACEMENT
We help you package and place loans for equipment, real estate and working capital with small business lenders ranging from conventional lenders (banks, commercial finance companies, SBA lenders) to unconventional lenders (non-profit organizations, government lenders). We have done this for financings that included lines of credit ranging from $75,000 to $2.5 million. We have experience placing or underwriting over 150 loans as a commercial lender, which means we understand what lenders require! Lenders have told us that our loan packages are the they ever seen!
Process and Deliverables: This work is typically done in three overlapping phases. In phase I, we prepare or revise your loan package, and work with you to assemble any missing documents. In phase II, we search and make contact with appropriate lenders (i.e., asset-based lenders, bankers). In phase III, we work to close the financing. We can complete phase I and II in 2-3 weeks, but it typically takes longer due to client readiness. Phase III can take 30 days. We work on a project fee plus a small performance fee at funding.
